My true eye opening moment came at the age of 43 when I had decided to enroll in a certificate program with the Mindset Performance Institute (MPI). I had completed the level 1 course and was attending their first summit. It was there where something became clear to me. The speaker, who would become my coach and mentor, had given a presentation that gave me a true light bulb moment. I went on to to share with her, with tears coming down, “If I didn’t change, I was never going to be happy”.

It was as though a veil had been lifted and I was seeing myself for the first time. While I was terrified and almost felt desperate for help, I also felt a sense of relief because I felt like I had finally found someone that could help me, guide me, and give me the “how”.

My life had been filled with many successes up to that point, but it was also filled with many failed relationships, debt, lots of emotional eating, and bouts of depression.

About 15 years prior, after a failed 9 month marriage and broken engagement, I had started the ‘self-help’ journey, becoming spiritual, attending motivational seminars, but I was still frustrated and felt like I was missing some piece of information that would help ‘fix’ me. I wanted to be a version of me that felt capable of giving & receiving love fully, thriving in a career I love, and shift the mental chatter that would make me feel exhausted.

After the summit, I immersed myself in 1-1 coaching, multiple programs, retreats, training in Buddhism & Taoism, and eventually an apprenticeship program that would lead to a contract position with my mentors. I was able to teach to people all over the world, online, and went on to start my own company.

This amazing system and the education behind it has allowed me to feel a freedom that is available to all of us. It’s a scientifically proven system that continues to shape and change the way I think to create results in all areas of my life.

I’m happy to say that the man I was engaged to over 15 years ago, came back into my life. Our relationship just gets better everyday. I sleep better, have more energy, and have a new found confidence that has allowed me to take action in ways that I would self sabotage in the past.

Being a coach gives me a feeling of connection where I feel pulled towards something that I can contribute to make this world a better place. I hope I get the honor of sharing this brilliant system with you to help you attain whatever it is you hope to accomplish in this lifetime.
